Enermax presents D.F.STORM: an industrial-high-speed fan with selectable speed up to 3,500 RPM. The STORM-flow fan blades are specifically designed to be used under extreme conditions. The sturdy design and the special shape of the fan blades will ensure a low-vibration operation, even at a rotating speed of up to 3,500 RPM. The extremely strong airflow and high static pressure of the D.F.STORM are ideal for radiators of CPU coolers in overclocked or high-end gaming systems. High quality and heat resistant components ensure 160,000 hours MTBF even at high operating temperatures.

Designed for extreme applications and conditions (hardcore gaming or mining rigs, servers, industrial systems, supercomputing). The maximum 3,500 RPM is set for extraordinary high cooling performance
The Twister Bearing Technology guarantees an exceptionally long lifetime of 160,000 hours (MTBF). The bearing shaft is fixed to the rotor and small magnet inside the bearing keeps the shaft in position. The convex surface of the shaft’s base reduces the frictional resistance and ensures a quiet and smooth fan rotation. The sleeve is made from a self-lubricating material, which prevents the bearing from draining and corrosion.
The patented technology DFR™ (Dust Free Rotation) reduces the dust accumulation on the fan blades.
After starting the PSU, the fan spins in reverse at full speed for a few seconds removing dust.
Afterwards, it returns to normal operation.
Adjustable Peak Speed (APS)
Multi-purpose fan for easy customisation according to the system requirements. With a small switch on the side, the end-user can choose three different RPM ranges: Performance Mode / Overclocking Mode / Turbo Mode. The LED indicates the chosen mode.
PWM Speed Control
Flexible fan speed control via mainboard pulse width modulation (PWM) within the selected RPM range Modus.
Thanks to the Twister Bearing technology D.F.STORM’s fan blades can be detached for easy cleaning. Release the fan blades by applying pressure in the centre of the rotor from behind.
